BIAN LIAN


The name of this art is Bian Lian in Chinese. The art of face changing is best known for its “blink and you will miss”. There are the way of face changing which is blowing dust, bread manipulation, pulling down masks and face dragging.Bian Lian shows in Sichuan Opera.Bian Lian show the secret of the face change has been passed down from one generation to the next within families. Bian Lian less popular in Malaysia. Bian Lian aim of frightening wild animals, but over time that act turned into a dramatics art that is now performed on stage.

Common Disoders :

1. Panic Disoders

panic disoders is the person experiences sudden paralyzing terror or a sense of imminent disaster.

2. Phobia

these may include simple phobias (a disproportionate fear of objects), social phobias (fear of being subject to the judgment of others), and agoraphobia (dread of situations where getting away or breaking free may be difficult).

3. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
the person has obsessions and compulsions. In other words, constant stressful thoughts (obsessions), and a powerful urge to perform repetitive acts, such as hand washing (compulsion).


4. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

this can occur after somebody has been through a traumatic event - something horrible or frightening that they experienced or witnessed.
